About VeilCode
VeilCode Studio is a founder-led product studio in Kampala. You work directly with the engineer building your product.
I started VeilCode after five years of watching businesses pay for software that looked polished and did very little for the business behind it. Before VeilCode I worked as a Solutions Delivery Officer at I&M Bank Uganda. I build software that fixes a real operational problem or changes how customers deal with a company, and I judge it by whether people actually use it.
My work spans web platforms built with React and Node, cross-platform mobile apps built with React Native, and AI automation. You can see it on the work page: a real estate platform, a CRM with AI-drafted outreach, a property management system, an e-commerce store, a fitness app and an AI phone receptionist for plumbers. Building complete products taught me to think past individual features to how the whole system behaves once real people use it.
I build every VeilCode project myself. From the first conversation I work to understand the business problem, agree on what should actually be built, and make the technical decisions that shape it. You talk to the person writing the code, so questions get answered the same day and nothing gets lost in a handoff.
We exist to close the gap between great ideas and great execution. Every project we take on is a commitment to quality — not just functional quality, but the kind that makes users stop and notice something feels different.
We believe the standard for digital products in Africa — and everywhere — should be set by the best in the world. VeilCode is building toward a future where our clients are those setting the standard.

We won't tell you what you want to hear at the expense of what you need to know. If a brief is misguided, if a deadline is unrealistic, or if a design isn't working — we say so, constructively and directly.
The person building your project is the founder. We ask the uncomfortable questions, flag the downstream risks, and celebrate your wins as if they were our own — because in a real sense, they are.
Great design and engineering reduces complexity — it doesn't add to it. Whether it's an API, a UI, or a strategy document, our output should make the recipient's life easier, never harder.
