The Challenge

Our Approach
We ran a structured automation audit to map every repetitive workflow and rank by ROI. The top three — document ingestion, compliance pre-screening, and report assembly — were built as a multi-agent LangGraph system. Each agent has a defined scope, can call tools (PDF parser, database lookup, email sender), and escalates to a human queue when confidence is below threshold. Every action is logged and auditable.
